Truth is same
For one and all
When the ultimate
Destination is known
Does it matter
The path one takes
Embrace the unknown
Take what comes
In its stride
There lies the pleasure
The thrill, the adventure
Of the journey of life

Poetry is my passion. I am not a methodical writer. I have no set topics to write about. What I feel, perceive, think about, I will like to share in this blog. I open my mind to the world. Like the weather, sometimes my poems are cloudy, sometimes stormy. I always like to see sunshine streaming through the leaves of trees, so I hope I can share some of those sunshine with my readers.

What a disorienting place if one is only concentrating on the journey with no destination! I vote for both! Loving the journey as I come closer to my destination. You do include that in your writing. Enjoyed. 😀

Thanks for the kind words and understanding. As you said, as I come close to my destination, answers are becoming irrelevant and the journey more enjoyable.

I think the destination one reaches is more about the journey. Putting one foot after the other and enjoy every bit of the step in that direction that we are heading to. Sometimes we might go off course but that’s still part of the journey.

Wonderful piece! It is the journey that we get to enjoy. We never get much time to spend at a final destination. Its the life, love and laughter along the way and the joy of friends and family that makes the journey of life worth living! Bravo!!!!

Thanks for your kind words. We focus too much on the final destination and miss all the road there has to offer.
