In response to Carpe Diem Haiku Crossroads#1

Lonely by seaside
Cold tears of separation
Deathly calm engulfs
*******
Far out in the sea
Tears merged on the horizon
Seagulls fall silent
Goal of Carpe Diem Crossroads Haiku as explained in Carpe Diem Crossroads Introduction is “Imagine you are on a crossroad were two haiku come together. The haiku “have a conversation” and “decide” to become one. Together the create a symbiosis of a new haiku.”

Poetry is my passion. I am not a methodical writer. I have no set topics to write about. What I feel, perceive, think about, I will like to share in this blog. I open my mind to the world. Like the weather, sometimes my poems are cloudy, sometimes stormy. I always like to see sunshine streaming through the leaves of trees, so I hope I can share some of those sunshine with my readers.

Welcome at Carpe Diem Haiku Kai Fleeting Muse. What a wonderful set of “fused” haiku you share here with us. By the way your link didn’t work, I made the link work for you.

Thank you so much. I was apprehensive about the link. Not sure why it did not work.

I like the idea of the merged Haikus and how you made it work. Like two roads diverging in a yellow wood and somehow you get to travel them both… Nice work.
