Poetry is my passion. I am not a methodical writer. I have no set topics to write about. What I feel, perceive, think about, I will like to share in this blog. I open my mind to the world. Like the weather, sometimes my poems are cloudy, sometimes stormy. I always like to see sunshine streaming through the leaves of trees, so I hope I can share some of those sunshine with my readers.

  1. Very true. I suppose the meaning of the word “ingenuity” in your Haiku is option A according to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, that is, a synonym of inventiveness: https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/ingenuity
I am so appalled by the California fires. I have friends in the San Francisco Bay Area who are receiving the consequences: schools closed, limitation of outdoor activities, people wearing masks on the streets… Everything is so crazy. I wonder when the farce of all the climate change deniers will stop.
