Have you ever tried to lift the veil
Beneath the laughter there is aching pain
A true friend is one who sees through
I know you have pain of your own
That you never shared
I scratch the mask you wear
But I tread gingerly
Lest won’t be able to bear the pain
The scars that you carry
Lie safely hidden
My heart aches
As we tango
Circling
Life goes on
Abnormally normal
Entwined
Lovers
Lost in our
Own lies

Poetry is my passion. I am not a methodical writer. I have no set topics to write about. What I feel, perceive, think about, I will like to share in this blog. I open my mind to the world. Like the weather, sometimes my poems are cloudy, sometimes stormy. I always like to see sunshine streaming through the leaves of trees, so I hope I can share some of those sunshine with my readers.

We all live in our own little lies hiding our own pains.
So perfectly expressed here.
