In the quest of a mirage

A violent beginning

A piercing scream

A new blossom

And the quest begins

In search of the source

Suffer in silence

For the day

To be lifted

To a heaven unknown

And the veil of illusion

Will disappear

To reveal

(Surprise)

Nothing

From dust to dust

A quest for a mirage

Unfulfilled

End, a deadly silence

Pierced by a violent scream

Echo of big bang reverberates

Universe reborn

Poetry is my passion. I am not a methodical writer. I have no set topics to write about. What I feel, perceive, think about, I will like to share in this blog. I open my mind to the world. Like the weather, sometimes my poems are cloudy, sometimes stormy. I always like to see sunshine streaming through the leaves of trees, so I hope I can share some of those sunshine with my readers.

  1. Beautifully penned as always, Pranab. I like the powerful imagery that gives great eloquence to your verses and the existentialist tone. What kind of life quest is ours? Suffering in silence the uncertainty or the certainty of death? What sort of death in a reborn universe?
