The moonless night, dark,
Cycle of light continues,
Crescent moon follows.
Life lived in darkness,
They are societies whores,
Night brings on the lights.
Night follows the day,

Glad to see you in this challenge. My mind is big enough to get it. 😀 And, yes, the cycle does go on. Fortunately for most of us the cycle includes a lot of good things, events, and people.
