[I wrote this poem over a span of one month. As the poem is long , I shall post it in parts every Friday. It’s a poem about love but some may find the content semi-erotic. Lest their finer senses be disturbed, be aware and proceed at your own risk.]
Memories from a day in life many decades ago comes flooding back when the love of his life suddenly appears after a prolonged absence.

Part III (continued):
I took her feet in my hands,
Raising them a little,
Kissed the arches of her feet,
And magic happened;
A long swell ran up her legs,
Her twin hills of desire convulsed,
Her spine arched,
Shoulders tensed,
She raised her head,
Pushed my arms away
and turned;
The heavens must have thundered
and opened up,
Descended Venus on earth,
Opening her temple door
To her divine beauty,
Bestowing on her devotee
The darshana to die for;
Sitting on her feet,
I remained transfixed.[27]

” darshana ” – view / audience
I am on a long road trip at present. Drove twelve hundred and forty miles from San Jose, California to West Glacier, Montana. After visiting Glacier National Park for next two days, will drive east.
